Here's how....file...save as...to DESKTOP...to the veterans folders you made.....
YOU MUST GIVE THEM A NAME OF YOUR OWN AS YOU SAVE TO YOUR DESKTOP FOLDER....

When you're finished with the powerpoint and you think it's perfect...save it here:
sfry
extra folder
7th powerpoint
make sure you save it as your name...

Now it's your job to work on the veterans day pictures you've saved to your desktop.
Go to Windows Live Photo Gallery and choose "include a folder in the gallery" and add the one you just made to your gallery. You can then work on the pictures there using "FIX"
After you've finished working on your pictures
PowerPoint Show
now make a show with 10 to 20 slides using the pictures that you collected by the assignment above.

You must have at least 5 words per slide, plus transitions, videos, sounds, pretty fonts, animations, etc.

You'll need to get all slides at the beginning, choosing NEW SLIDE each time. ASK ME!!

read about the song at 1st link:

womenshistory.about.com/library/etext/bl_howe_battle_hymn.htm

This video was made by the father of a high school student. -- whose son is playing the trumpet. Keep in mind this song is being sung by a high school choir. The father was so impressed with the students' presentation he decided to create a video. Listen as the young man hits some of the most awesome high notes that can be played on a trumpet. He added them on his own.

book that shows Colton's grandad
The book is called:
"29 Let's Go!"

Here's are links:

Colton..how about doing a photostory about the 29th?

Albert English was a member of the main 29th division that landed on omaha beach (and so many were killed)

his picture is in a book we have which shows him and others in germany as a part of the 29th division...

their motto was "let's go"

apparently he saw a great deal of action...
