A Very Short History of Thanksgiving: |
READ THIS NOW PLEASE!!
Thanksgiving is really a "harvest festival" celebration. The United States observes it annually on the fourth Thursday in November. The first American Thanksgiving was likely to have taken place in 1620 in Massachusetts. The American Pilgrims had established the Plymouth Colony (after leaving England on a ship called the Mayflower on September 16th) and, with an agreement called the Mayflower Compact on November 11, 1620, set down rules to govern for "the general good of the Colony". The Massachusetts Wampanoag indian tribe became friends with the Pilgrims and were known to have celebrated the harvest festival with them in the early years.

VALENTINE GIFS STARTING HERE |
They'll be great for your PowerPoint one-slide collage.
1st make a folder on your desktop called VALENTINE GIFS.
Just right click and save as to that folder.
JUST DO ONE powerpoint SLIDE AND ADD LOTS OF GIFS TO IT.
All you have to do is choose:
INSERT, PICTURE, FROM FILE.
WHEN YOU'RE DONE ADDING GIFS TO THAT ONE SLIDE, now look over my website until you find the place that tells you how to animate your name. WHEN YOU GET YOUR NAME ANIMATED AND SAVED TO DESKTOP, then insert it into that one powerpoint slide that has all the valentine gifs.
To wash out clip art for your background:
In the Microsoft Office document or file that contains the clip you want to wash out, click the clip.
On the Picture toolbar, click the Format Picture button .
Select the Picture tab.
Under Image Control, select Washout from the Color drop-down list, and then click OK.
Your clip has now changed from bold to subtle. You can use this more subtle image in many ways, including as a background for a flyer, as shown here.
